Thanks for checking out my TOS! Reading everything helps us work better together. <3💸 Payment Info
* I accept PayPal, Ko-fi, and VGEN.
* Sketches: Full payment upfront.
* Full Illustrations: 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is approved. If you prefer to pay 100% upfront, I’ll prioritize your spot in the queue!
* Please send the down payment within 1 week of confirming your commission, and the rest within 1 week after approving the sketch. Need more time? Just let me know!🖌️ Commission Process
* I work on alternating days (like work Monday, break Tuesday), and I’ll keep you updated if I take extra breaks.
* I’ll message you when I start your piece and keep you in the loop!
* Final art will be sent in high-res, with a Google Drive link for full illustrations.📷 References & Communication
* For existing characters, please provide a clear visual reference.
* Its best to keep our convos focused on the commission—it helps keep things organized! But small talk is lovely too.📱 Credits
* Credits to me ( @ xnocure; the artist) or a link tracing back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.
* I may post your commission on my social media. Don’t worry—you won’t be tagged unless you want to be.🎨 Changes & Edits
* Small fixes due to my mistakes are free. Bigger changes might have a small fee.
* If anything’s off, feel free to reach out—we’ll sort it out together!

❌ Refunds & Rights
* Once payment is made, I don’t offer refunds—unless I can’t start your commission, in which case I’ll refund you fully.
* Please don’t do chargebacks! That’ll result in losing your rights to the artwork and being blacklisted from future commissions.
* Breaking the TOS also means I can reuse the artwork as I like.⏳ Timeframe
* Commissions usually take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity, my health, and schedule. I’ll always keep you posted if delays come up.🌈 Flexibility
* I want you to be happy with your commission! If you have questions or need something adjusted, feel free to ask.
* Some terms can be tweaked if we talk about it before payment.📜 Copyright & Usage
*I retain the rights to the artwork, which means I can post it in my portfolio or on social media.
* You may use the commissioned art for personal use only—like icons, wallpapers, profile pics, etc.
* Please do not use it for commercial purposes (selling merch, prints, NFTs, etc.) unless we discuss it beforehand.
*Do not claim the artwork as your own.
*If you’d like commercial rights, we can talk about it and adjust pricing accordinglyWhat I consider to be commercial use:
